Theme license & user agreement
All of our themes are designed under the provisions of the GNU General Public License v2.0. When you purchase a theme’s package, it gives you the right to utilize our premium theme(s) on as many websites as your purchse, including web sites made on behalf of clients which you do not own. All purchases provide you with lifetime theme updates and 6 months free support available through the Support Forums.
Updates
Any changes or future updates will be available for clients who have purchased a theme’s package. Our themes are developed around the newest versions of WordPress. We will release theme updates regularly or as new versions of WordPress are made available in order to ensure continued compatibility with WordPress going forward. Please be advised that there are no guarantees that existing versions of our themes will necessarily be compatible with future WordPress versions as we do not control what changes are made to the code base of the blogging platform.
Upon completion of purchase
Once the payment is successful, you will be able to access our premium theme(s) in a ZIP file. If you find that you’re not able to access your theme’s downloads, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. Invoices will be available through your account, which will provide you the option to print out a record in a PDF format of your purchases if needed.
Ownership
All product designs are the exclusive and intellectual property of ThemeVedanta.com and their respected designers. Our products are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any claims for damages including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other losses which could or might arise out of the use of any of our products.
Theme Images, Logos and Backgrounds shown on theme demo sites
The images and logos or other graphics used in our WordPress themes have been specifically licensed for demonstration on our web site. The license does not include further distribution rights to include these images with our theme products.
For this reason, the slides within slideshows, logos and other copyright protected imagery shown throughout our demo.ThemeVedanta.com site are not included in any free or premium theme. We do not have permission to distribute this digital media, which is for demonstration purposes only. Warranty & support
ThemeVedanta.com does not warranty or guarantee our themes in any manner. ThemeVedanta.com offers these themes and designs “as is”. We cannot guarantee they will function with all third party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the preview themes on our demo site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes, as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations. Support is provided solely through our Support Forum. Please note, we don’t provide any theme customizations service through our email support. Certain information may be requested through email to protect your privacy.
Requirements
Our themes are built using the PHP 5 or higher version computer language and may not work properly if your web host has an older version of PHP installed on their web hosting server that your site is hosted on. Certain web hosting companies only make the latest version of PHP 5 or higher version available on hosting plans above the most basic level. Indeed, some basic hosting packages may lack access to PHP functionality entirely, so please check with your web hosting company’s hosting information.
You must also have a self-hosted WordPress installation meaning your website must not be hosted on WordPress.com.
Refund policy
Since Themevedanta themes are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods, all purchases are final and not refundable. Before you make a purchase be sure that the theme you choose is right for you.
Price changes
ThemeVedanta.com reserves the right at any time to modify our prices. Discounted prices are also sometimes offered to previous buyers of one or more of our themes to reward customers for their loyalty. Such discounts may then be offered on future purchases, but new customers do not receive the discounted loyalty price.
We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms & Conditions with no prior notice.
